Through my own journey of learning and experience, I've transformed from a reactive and controlling person to a leader who empowers others. My focus is now on helping executives build the essential leadership skills of self-awareness, self-control, and trust to cultivate high-performing and resilient teams. I also guide them in developing critical thinking skills so they can remain focused on what truly matters, free from the influence of biases and ego-driven tendencies.

To achieve this, I've created a unique approach that combines personalized coaching with an online leadership course built on data-driven techniques.
